01 About
12 years in UX design.
My work spans research, interface design and interactive prototyping. I have worked in telecommunications, banking and healthcare, turning complex processes into clear, useful experiences.
I combine UX strategy with hands-on work: I lead workshops, collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior designers. I use AI and vibe coding to build prototypes and tools that help teams improve customer experience.

I built an application in Claude Code for creating, editing and managing customer journey maps. It supports teams working on customer journeys.
Digital mortgage process
I researched the needs of banking specialists, then designed and prototyped a platform for processing mortgage applications.
UX Academy
